Soothems are a personal healthcare medical device and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges once the polybag seal has been broken or the polybag has been opened and/or the product has been removed from the poly bag.
Returns are only accepted on Soothems products in sealed, unopened poly bags within 30 days after purchase date. Do not return products where the polybag has been opened as it will not be processed.
To complete your return, we require that you request a Soothems Return label with an authorization number by emailing email@example.com or by calling 612.601.0700. Please include your order number with your return request to expedite the process.
Products sent without a Soothems return label and authorization number will be refused before delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it is approved for a product cost refund.
Soothems can only facilitate the product cost refund through the original payment method, exceptions are not possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange requests for unopened products require a Return label with an authorization number. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 612.601.0700 to have your request processed. Please include your order number with your exchange request to expedite the process.
Please fill out the following form and click submit to receive a RETURN LABEL WITH AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Once you have submitted this form, print it and insert it in the package you are returning. You will receive a return label and authorization number by email
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs and all other shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all local duties, taxes and service charges associated with importing the order. Soothems does not refund these costs for any reason including returns and exchanges.
Soothems, LLC products are warrantied to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Please contact us at email@example.com if you believe you have a defective product.
