Created to soothe and comfort: Our mission is simple. We created Soothems to improve the quality of life of children & adults suffering from sensitive skin conditions like atopic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, skin allergies and xerosis (dry skin).
Committed to spreading happiness: We made Soothems using a proprietary skin smart fabric called TEWLTect and innovative product designs with one goal in mind: A peaceful day and a restful night’s sleep...for the whole family!
Mind & Body: We believe in treating the body and the mind of children dealing with the stress and anxiety that are typically connected to the Itch/Scratch cycle and embarrassing rash from Atopic Dermatitis and other skin sensitives and allergies. Soothems garments have a special MAGIC print pattern that allows children to see MAGIC before their eyes. What kid doesn’t want to sleep in MAGIC pajamas?
We even wrote a book about it: We’re so excited about the product that we wrote a children’s book around it. Reading “Search for a smile in the Moon” can promote healing behavior and end-of-day calmness, resulting in a more restful night’s sleep for you and your little one. Soothems garments have a special print pattern that uses thermodynamic ink. Reacting to body temperature, some print color images will “fade away” when the garment is worn. Our hope is to inspire the child to imagine their skin healing and feeling less itchy just like they see the blue moons fading away right before their eyes.

Our Eczema clothing is a more natural treatment for eczema and is an effective remedy for infants and children regardless of the severity of the flare-up. Having previously worked together pioneering the innovation, development, and commercialization of premium sun-protective fabrics and clothing, they’re passionate about delivering a quality product that brings a smile to the face of its user.
Founder: G. Michael Hubsmith has had a successful 30-year career in the apparel industry designing and developing highly functional apparel and specialty fabrics for world-class brands. Throughout his 30+ year career, he has been passionate about making a difference in the life of the end user with innovation in textile development and garment design. Most recently, he was a co-founder of Coolibar, the best sun protective clothing brand in the world, where he developed a portfolio of unique lightweight, comfortable UPF 50+ sun protective fabrics and fashionable, contemporary, and functional products. Michael is the father of two grown sons, an outdoor enthusiast, and a seeker of fun!
